Here are some informational tidbits to satisfy curious minds.

The Name

The Jigoku Chou, or "Hell Butterfly", is the main form of communication used in Soul Society, a fictional place from the animanga series Bleach. These tiny creatures are seen at various times throughout the series carrying messages or orders from higher-ups.

I don't think I need to explain the connection between the Jigoku Chou and a contact site, so I'll save you some reading.

The Layout

You're looking at the first and only version of Jigoku Chou, which bears no particular title. The image was cropped out of a larger scan found at BleachExile, and fully edited by me using Adobe Photoshop 7. HTML and CSS were done raw using TextEdit.

This layout was designed for Firefox, but should work in other major browsers with few errors.
